When will I get my Letter?
The Tiny Romance is mailed on the 15th of every month.
- Join on or before the 15th: You'll receive that month's story.
- Join after the 15th: Your first letter will be mailed on the 15th of the following month.
Once shipped, most U.S. subscribers receive their letter within 3–10 days.
Because each month features a brand-new sweet romance story, you'll always have something special waiting in your mailbox.
Please note: At this time, The Tiny Romance ships exclusively within the United States.
What if I need to cancel or change my address/billing info?
Need to make a change? No problem!
Simply email us at thetinyromanceclub@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to help you:
- Update your mailing address
- Change your subscription details
- Update your payment information
- Cancel your subscription
To ensure your changes take effect before the next mailing, please contact us before the 15th of the month. Since all Tiny Romance letters are mailed on the 15th, requests received after that date may not take effect until the following month's shipment.

If your letter hasn't arrived within two weeks of mailing, please don't worry—we're happy to help.
Simply email us at thetinyromanceclub@gmail.com , and we'll make it right by either:
- Sending a replacement letter, or
- Refunding that month's subscription.
Before reaching out, please double-check that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct, as an incorrect address is the most common reason for missing mail.
